Thank you for the submission. Loved it. I preferred telemedicine as it is easier and cheaper than going to clinics and getting the letter. It just took me an hour. My sister actually told me about it. It was this website myesadoctor where I got it from. Anyways great work. Keep it up.

ESA or emotional support animals are NOT service animals! They do NOT have the same rights! The only rights they have are housing rights. You are lying to people, and there is NO SUCH THING AS A REGISTRY through ADA law! Quit stealing people's money, and making it harder on REALLY disabled people with highly trained dogs to go into places. Now people who do not know, are requiring ID's from us, which causes ME TO HAVE SEIZURES! I have STRESS SEIZURES triggered by my PTSD... so when I am ASKED for an ID, thanks to you SCAMMERS, I have a SEIZURE! Thank you!

What ugh said!

Rather than pay money for fake and worthless credentials, just lie.
Businesses are only allowed to ask 2 questions but I only ask the pertinent question.
What service does your animal provide.
Any answer related to emotional support and I apologize and explain that since 2010 emotional support animals are specifically denied.
So lie!
This is my diabetic support dog (dogs and mini horses are the only recognized service animal). He/She alerts me when my blood sugar get too high/low.
If they ask for proof, ask for their name and position and their General Managers name and phone number to ensure you have it correctly for your attorney.

ADA has NEVER required paperwork or jackets or any type of identification.

If you feel you still require credentials Microsoft Word has a letter template.

Thanks for your words. I have heard of both. You've just cut out a lot of time on my researching to findbuy plus now on public transportation our newest drivers act as though I am supposed to have some sort of proof for allowing my day to board.I have SPTSD & Sever Anxiety Disorder and disabled who misses going to work everyday. I did get him in my housing authority with word from my IV nurse that has a previous relationship with two Directors. No problem after arrival of lease appt, was already expecting me. This is a government agency. What I said to bus drivers. They abliged with hesitation, I think they was afraid of getting into trouble. I need to contact city transportation authority with an inquiry them to inform of this new training with their new drivers on types of service animals. I did and would always specify which kind of service he provides.
